post, conduct, and record the events of any meeting of the
Board of Directors or Membership at which the business of the
community association is actively discussed and/or decisions
are made. This requirement is mandated for the protection of
the homeowners in every community association. It is
imperative that either the Secretary of the association or a
properly trained and professional Community Association
