- We run the cert 4 in FLM. People come back the next day or the next month and we need to revise and refresh and we are left wondering sometimes if they were even in the room – sure it does need post-course reinforcement and a manager to say it and model the behaviour – that is sometimes out of our control. For example, the instruction might be, "listen out for anyone saying my name". There are some interesting points about your reticular activating system that make it an essential tool for achieving goals.
