• I have a total of 9 years of experience, in Advertising, Campaign Planning and
Digital Marketing, currently I work with Infosys as Asst, Manager Digital Marketing
• Spent three and a half years with IBM marketing (GMC). Worked as a Digital
Specialist for UK Midmarket and prior to that as a Campaign Planner for a year in UK
Demands Program team.
• In-depth experience of about six years with reputed advertising agencies –
Rediffusion|DYR, LOWE, TBWAIndia and McCann Erickson, where I was in Client Servicing,
worked on Brand Strategy, built Brand Architecture, Print ads, TVCs, Digital Campaigns, to
support and promote the brands
• Prior to IBM I have created a lot of Digital Campaign for the brands that I then
worked on, like Intel, MSN & Scooty.
• I have a passion for doing new things and discovering new ways of doing our

Job Role & Responsibility:
1. Complete in-charge of the MM web pages which includes upload case studies, add and
delete pages, upgrade the page layout and help in promoting the important events which
would bring us more visibility
2. Run reports on Unica NetInsight to check the response the page has generated and also
provide recommendation to the stakeholders.
3. Run regular and adhoc reports to access SEO performances using Covario Tool, and then
send the recommendations to the stakeholders, work closely with Neo-Ogilvy and the PS
team to optimize the pages.
4. Create IWM forms and then pull out the reports to analyze performance.
5. Create e-contact forms to be sent to the Business partners
6. Worked on Linkedin to create groups and identify the Bloggers who could be recruited by
IBM as SMEs or to promote or engage in a conversation to promote our products
7. Worked closely with the WW Customer Support team to create a linkedin page, and also
set up a management structure for the same
8. Share and/or adopt best practices and apply lessons learned
9. Worked on the social media tools closely with the SMEs

1. Focal point to work with MEPT, BAT, MAT, EST tools for Power & Growth Initiative UKI &
adheres to the marketing process, business controls, and demonstrate proper application of
