OBSERVATION PROCESS<br />The teachers teach and shape the appreciation, the commitment and the self -evaluation across his classes and his attitude in general though we are called them behaviors; really they are our essential values for the productive and harmonious conviviality.   The value of the appreciation we demonstrate it on having recognized and to value the own well-being, of the others and that of the class or event. To estimate implies respecting, communicating nicely, asking to understand, to harmonize differences, to listen with empathy, to accept the differences with the others, to fulfill the procedure and the agreements, and to take care of the didactic resources and the environment.<br /> The value of the commitment we demonstrate it on having acted for his own learning, of the others and the ideal functioning of the class or the event. To compromise implies awaited language, facilitating the learning of all, contributing the class and the equipment, working to his major capacity, taking advantage of the didactic resources and managing waited in the approved time.<br />  The observation of a teacher is one of the best ways of acquiring and perfecting the skills of the main student <br /> A main beginner can learn across the observation, how the teachers success put the theory into practice. <br />  The careful observation,  help to a conscientious analysis of laying the foundations for the development of the practices, The teacher and  student must remember that he or she is a guest in the teachers' cooperation in the classrooms.
