- The Singapore Flyer is a giant Ferris wheel constructed in 2005–2008. At a height of 165 m, it is the tallest Ferris wheel in the world.The Flyer has previously suffered 4 breakdowns. 2 of which were caused by inclement weather.As such, we need to adopt a CCP in case such a crisis occurs again. My proposal for a CCP would consist of 3 parts. Namely pre-crisis, crisis phase, post-crisis.

- “SAFETY FIRST” – Ensure the safety of the public , as well as employees. immediate medical attention renderedif necessary.``Use allcommunication channels to alert relevant Authorities. This can be achieved through the use of media (TV, radio) and mass notification systems such as mobile devices.
- In the post-crisis phase, follow-up communication is required. ``provide updates on the progression of recovery efforts and investigations to stakeholders and public.Every crisis should be seen as a learning experience.
