We constantly strive to bring on board staff from different horizons, nationalities, ethnic origins and backgrounds.The third is to ensure that as a company, L’Oréal is seen as a “global citizen”. At the dawn of the 21st century, the world’s leading beauty company needs to be an authentic example in terms of sustainable development.
