The project coordinator is responsible for the organization of the project effecting process
and compilation of progress reports based on the milestones of the project; except in
unmanageable circumstances which could be justified, it is strictly considered baseless to
extend project duration and fail to deliver reports based on project milestones. All project
team members will be responsible for the duties allocated for them in the proposal
document. In view of this, I herein certify my acceptance of these responsibilities with my

iOTEX management
The ultimate decision making to endorse the project for financing is the iOTEX Scientific
director’s office and all technical recommendations and decision-proposals are provided by
the iOTEX Technology Transfer Office.
The iOTEX management considers that the project is technically and economically feasible
and problem-born in origin. For its pillar role in solving societal problems as community
service, the project is financed by the Institute of technology for Textile, Garment and
Fashion Design.
The project progress reports are expected to be based on the milestones anchored in the
proposal document. Furthermore, continuous/intermittent supervisions will be conducted
during the course of the project implementation.
