Job Description-NTT
General Role of the National Team of Trainers
The main role of the National Team of Trainers is to support the Members
Committee and the local committees in their efforts to develop effective learning
an environment for the current members of the organization at all levels, thus
contributing directly to the increase of the organization’s overall performance.
Another key role of the NTT is to foster a culture and generation of trainers.
General Responsibilities
 Participate at NTT-MCVP TD Planning Meeting(s)
 Develop a plan of activities for the NTT for the term 2013 – 2014
 Develop and implement the LEAD training program for Executive Board
members and Team Leaders
 Ensure an alignment and continuity at national level between local,
regional and national conferences in AIESEC Romania.
 Establish, develop and track the LTTs of AIESEC Romania
 Support the LCs in the design and delivery of local and regional
conferences
 Organization of Train the Trainers Seminars
 To deliver overall support and coach the LCs in the development of
activities related to any of the six elements of the AIESEC learning
environment
 Offer support and help for the agenda of the iTTT
 To take an active role in the development and delivery of content for
national conferences (note that NTT members still undergo regular
facilitator selection procedures)
 To participate at national conferences at which there are functional tracks
(if it is the case)
 Establish and constantly upgrade an online library of training materials
(also includes the outputs and feedbacks of national conferences, and
LEAD sessions)
 Develop and implement a transition plan for the next NTT
 Promote the positions of NTT members and defend its image
Note: each NTT member will be responsible for a group of a GN (or a group of
LCs). Their presence at regional conferences is required and at local
conferences is preferred.
Profile of the desired candidate
 Fluent in both written and spoken English
 Experience in activities related to facilitating, training, and
people development
 Good knowledge of AIESEC internal processes, systems and current
direction
 Self-driven individual with a high level of motivation and ability to
organize himself

Application & Selection Process
The applications will be launched on the 13th
of June 2013. There are 4
positions opened for members of the team. The application deadline is on the
16th
of June 2013.
All questions are mandatory.
The selection process will take place between the 17th
and the 19th
of June
2012 and will consist of a 45 minute up to one hour interview with the NTTC and
MC VP TD. The interview will also contain a practical part in which the applicant
will deliver a mock training session (maximum 10 minutes) on a topic he/she
chooses.
The structure of the NTT and the roles will be established after the
selection process.
If the following steps are not fulfilled, your application is not considered a
valid one:

Duration of position and workload
The term starts on the 1st
of July 2012 and ends on the 30th
of June 2013.
You will have to attend the following:
 NTT planning meeting (middle of July)
 Rock Me 2013 (or an alternative meeting established in that period)
 Both regional conferences of the GN you are responsible of
 At least 1 LC visit to each LC that you re responsible of
 Online meetings (if established 7 days prior to the actual meeting)
As a member of the NTT, your position is a part time and is not counted
through working hours but by fulfilled objectives and respected deadlines.

Job Description-NTT General Role of the National Team of Trainers The main role of the National Team of Trainers is to support the Members Committee and the local committees in their efforts to develop effective learning an environment for the current members of the organization at all levels, thus contributing directly to the increase of the organization’s overall performance. Another key role of the NTT is to foster a culture and generation of trainers.
