                  Types, edits, formats, and prints a wide variety of documents for office staff, including
                  policies, correspondence, reports, technical notes, presentation, and briefing material
                  in accordance with established guidelines and procedures; Uses various types of
                  software to include databases, graphics, spreadsheets, and word processing systems;
                  Edits material and makes necessary corrections in grammar, punctuation, spelling, and
                  format. In-process and out-process all hospital staff, to include Providers, Nurses,
                  Administration staff, Warriors in Transition Soldiers and staff, and Red Cross
                  Volunteers; Types Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Saver (ACLS), and
                  Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Provider and Instructor cards; Types
                  certificates for Newcomers Orientation, Newborn Resuscitation Program (NRP),
                  Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
                  certificates; Updates the APEQs training database; Reviews Competency Assessment
                  Folders (CAF) for accuracy and completeness; Processes RPAs (hiring actions) for the
                  department and attends monthly RPA meetings; Maintains and orders supplies as
                  requested by staff members; Schedules meetings and classes using the Microsoft
