The Avanzi Institute is a non-governmental organization dedicated to telecommunications consumer protection in Brazil. It was created by telecommunications companies and professionals to improve public and private telecom services. The Institute disseminates best practices, provides legal guidance to consumers, and has a collection of telecom history and training programs on radiocommunication practices.
