Chimpanzees live in communities led by an alpha male. They eat foods like fruits, nuts, insects and sometimes meat. The Jane Goodall Institute was founded to study and protect chimpanzees in the wild. It is led by Jane Goodall and works to prevent the chimpanzee population from becoming endangered.
