Dallas: Hello. Welcome to High Ticket Coaching. I'm Dallas McMillan from Influential. Today, I'm
going to talk to you about how you can massively grow your coaching practice, using
online sales, marketing and lead generation. I run a digital marketing agency called
Influential. I specialize in working with coaches, consultants and other professional
services firms who want to attract high value clients online.

Today, I'm going to talk to you about high ticket sales funnels because they're one of the
best ways to sell high ticket products and services online. These are ideal if you're selling
coaching services, consulting services or online courses or programs. These are the
perfect way to sell high ticket. Whether you're selling coaching one on one, group
coaching or online coaching, there is a sales funnel that's ideal for you.

With one on one coaching, that's a more intimate product and it makes sense to sell it in
a more intimate way. The method I'll show you today is perfect for that.

With a group coaching, it's more of a social experience, isn't it? Often, we use something
like webinars to sell that and really just an extension of what I'll show you today. At the
end of this video, I'll show you where you can get more information on how to use the
sales funnel I'll show you today, webinars and other high ticket sales funnels to grow
you business.

The third type of coaching we often sell with high ticket sales funnels is online coaching.
These are coaching programs, coaching courses where people are dealing with you
online. Often, this is via Skype or Zoom or webinars. The real power of this is it lets you
deal with a global audience and that can radically transform your business especially if
you're a very specialized niche coach who's charge is high ticket prices. It can be hard to
find enough clients in your local area. When you have access to a global audience, you
can dramatically grow you business.

Let's look at the top three performing sales funnels. I'll now go into detail on the first
one.

The first one is what I call the Client Funnel. This is really a coaching strategy session
funnel. This is perfect to start with because it's easy to set up and really, you just need
the simple learning pages and sales funnel I'll show you and your telephone to make
high ticket sales. My clients use this approach to close sales for thousands of dollars per
month. One of the clients I'm working with at the moment charges around $50,000 a
year and so for him, spending that time on the phone with clients in advance to find out
if he's a good fit before he makes an offer to work with him works perfectly.

Let's take a bit of a look on how this works. With sales funnels, we need some source of
traffic. At the moment, Facebook ads are the perfect. They're affordable, they're
attractive, most people are on Facebook, they're very easy to get started with, harder to
perfect but we can use those to get our message in front of clients and make them an
offer with something like a free gift. I generally use eBooks or a report. Here I've got an
offer of a free gift. It's my eBook on lead generation for professionals. If people click on
the ad, they go to a landing page where we tell them a bit more about the free gift and

offer for them to download it. After they enter their name and e-‐mail address, we say,
"Hey, thanks for downloading the lead magnet. I'd love to show how we can implement
this in your business. If you're interested in applying, you need to be this kind of client
and you need to want this kind of results," and we make them go through an application
process where they fill out a from with their contact details to tell us a bit more about
them and I cam make sure that they're the right kind of client for me. I don't want to be
wasting their time and mine talking to people who just aren't a good fit.

Then we can get on a strategy call and this is where you do your coaching call. You
basically go through the coaching and show them how you can help them, how it could
work for them. This gives you both a chance to make sure it's a right fit and that way,
you're only selling to people who really want to work with you. If it's a good fit at the
end, you can make an offer to enroll them in your coaching program.
