1. 1. Job summary: Manages the overall Quality assurance activities, supervises QA staffs,
audits compliance to internal and external requirements, provides company-wide Quality
and ISO leadership, presents a positive public image for all products and services.
2. Duties & responsibilities
Quality Assurance
- Manage all QC inspection activities, process control (SPC/SQC), change control, /
customer furnished materials equipment, regulatory compliance, training and safety.
- Manage various quality-related functions such as: Customer feed back, document
control, record control, calibration, ESD control, supplier quality,
identification/traceability, corrective/preventive actions, nonconforming material, MRB
process and continual improving processes/products quality.
- Develop and improve Quality procedures.
- Conduct internal and external audits.
Management Representative
- Develop, implement and maintain an effective Quality Management System (QMS) that
is compliant with ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
- Establish Quality policies, quality plan, set goals, measure performance in all areas and
interface with suppliers and customers, and across internal operations.
- Hold yearly Management Review meeting.
- Host 3rd party audits.
- Perform all duties of ISO Management Representative.
3. Relationship
- Report to: Deputy Director; General Director.
- Reported from: Subordinate; Auditor team
4. Authority:
- Approve all related activities in QA Department.
- Consult Board of Management about Quality system & Product quality
- Approve related POs within QA department that satisfy purchasing procedure.
- Stop the lines when massive defects happened.
- Request other departments to perform Corrective/preventive actions.
- Review and set aggressive goals for other departments.
5 Salary: $ 900 - $ 1,500 depending on capability and experience of candidates

Job Specification
Education:
BS degree
2. Knowledge:
Working knowledge of relevant ISO, IPC and MIL standards.
Ability to read, write and speak technical English with a high degree of proficiency.
Experience:
Minimum three years of experiences of EMS, CM or PCBA in a fast paced, medium to
high volume environment (prototype and NPI a plus).

all quality related issues.
Duties, Responsibilities and Competencies
- Responsible for ensuring that all processes are in line with the established Logoplaste
Quality Management System (LQMS)
- Provides advice and interpretation to the teams on IMS procedures aimed at facilitating
compliance and continued improvement
- Creates and manages all quality control procedures and policies
- Creates and manages risk management tool
- Hands-on Quality support and guidance to all levels of staff
- Manages and maintains the certificated LQMS
- Generates and analyses reliability and failure statistics to eradicate systematic problems
- Audits and monitories the supply chain and drive continuous improvement throughout
the company
- Management of the site Health, Safety and environmental systems, creating a positive
H&S culture and offer advice to all levels of staff
- Recruiting, selecting, and training quality staff
- Personnel management of the quality team
- Monitors and assesses contractors work to ensure the safety standards are in place and
results are to the companies required standards
- Processes data using SAP and reporting KPI’s for monthly operation meetings
- Tests methods
- Organizing training programs for the team
- Organization of trials for new products
3. - Manages and co-ordinates analysis of quality control data to make corrective actions
where necessary and guarantee ‘high quality performance’
- Implementation of the customers GMP guidelines into a full robust working system
- Implementation of statistical methods to ensure improvements are made
- Management of raw material receiving / COA’s from supplier

The Person
- Experience in a supervisory or management role with a track record in a similar
environment
- Hold recognised academic or professional qualification and should be able to
demonstrate strong experience in Quality Assurance or process improvement. Knowledge
of Quality Management
Systems and other accreditations is essential, experience in TQM, SPC, 6-Sigma, SAP-
QM and HSE Standards
- Good interpersonal skills required to liaise with personnel at all levels, including client
staff, project
teams, site operatives, auditors and external certification bodies
- Must be able to demonstrate strong, positive customer and people management
background demonstrating good interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of relevant legislation, including Health and safety and
Hygiene
- In depth manufacturing background in quality related role
- Working knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite – Excel,
word, power point
- You must be able to provide externally recognised levels of competence that are
consistent with the role
- Excellent written and spoken English language
- Experience with Plastics including HDPE is an advantage
- Experience in Extrusion Blow Moulding is an advantage
