2. Best Law Colleges
Best Law Colleges of Pakistan
Criteria are needed to evaluate the
best law colleges of Pakistan. Faculty,
research publications, teaching
facilities, distance learning and
scholarships are some key
parameters. Higher Education
Commission and Muslim Law College
must immediately act to develop the
criteria within 3 months.
Funds for research can be had from
Law and Justice Commission of
Pakistan.
Climate Laws
Awareness on Climate Laws
Climate literacy is very low in the
country. Industrial pollution and
deforestation need discerning eyes.
Key players like LEAD Pakistan and
UNIDO must launch mass awareness
campaign throughout 2014 to
evaluate climate literacy in Pakistan.
Communication brands like JWT and
Synergy can get funds from Law and
Justice Commission of Pakistan.
3. Rs.20,000 Pension
Rs.20000 / Month Pension
Economic justice is the fundamental
right of every citizen. In 2014,
employees working in private sector
received Rs.3600 per month as
pension. With this amount, it is very
difficult to meet both ends meet.
Ministry of Finance and EOBI must
increase monthly pension for human
resource wellbeing and economic
growth.
Hopefully Ishaq Dar will give glad
tidings to countrywide pensioners
prior fiscal budget 2014-15.
External Jury
External Jury of Pakistan
In Pakistan, access to justice is
possible only and only by induction
of external jury members in all
courts of law. Poor dispensation of
criminal and civil justice is known to
everyone. Parliamentarians,
academia and Law and Justice
Commission of Pakistan must
immediately act for external jury for
low crime rate and better citizenship
in the country.
PILDAT and FAFEN can get funds
from Law and Justice Commission of
Pakistan.
