The Balance scorecard
The BSC method can be shown as a method which evaluate the efficiency of the
company through four main areas i.e. economical, client, inner business
procedures and research and development (Bergen & Benco, 2007).
These four areas can be described keeping in consideration the organization’s
(Ace Gym) objective, perception and value declaration as:
1) Financial
Gym Ace would have to concentrate on developing a competitive edge for itself
through allocation of correct adequate sources as well as through keeping a client
database so as to decrease the element of danger by a mechanized process.
Some of the main goals of the company are: (Grayson, 2004)
1.a) The organization would concentrate on boosting its share of the market
through diverse methods such as online promotions, coping with clients through
appointments and looking after individualized relationship with all of its clients. To
be able to attain the 10% quarterly rate of growth organization will need to employ
physical fitness and health experts and instructors that would not just provide
health tips to the valuable clients of the Gym but arrange for them balanced dietary
charts as well as health regimes to be used.
1.b) The Gym would concentrate on boosting the profit margin by reducing the
avoidable operational expenses e.g. vacationing or undesirable marketing

process and business abilities.
1.c) The Gym would concentrate on boosting its earnings. To get the objective of
increasing the client spending as much as 15% Ace Gym would focus on delivering
additional services such as online consultation i.e. through video conferencing.
This would cause increase the spending of 30% customer base causing attaining
the goal of 15%increase in customer spending.
