Recommendation: Susan Clayton for Cynthia Parkhill
1. ‘Cynthia would be a great asset to any library’
“Cynthia has been a volunteer at the Lake County Library for over two years. From February
2010 to June 2011, Cynthia volunteered at the Lakeport branch of the Lake County Library.
Since June 2011, Cynthia has been a volunteer at the Middletown branch library. Cynthia’s
volunteer duties at the library are: pulling requested titles from the shelves, preparing the titles
for the delivery system, applying branch spine labels, and re-shelving titles as needed.
“It is a pleasure to work with Cynthia. She is one of the most reliable volunteers at the Lake
County Library. Cynthia is always punctual, helpful, careful, and reliable. At the Middletown
branch library, Cynthia is not only a great help, but she is a needed member of the Middletown
library team since there is only one staff member at the branch. Cynthia is always upbeat and
makes thoughtful and helpful suggestions during her volunteer time at the library.
“Cynthia would be a great asset to any library. I highly recommend her for any library
position she chooses to pursue.”
