Project Management Methodology
Step 1: Understand:
Deriving project scope, arriving at success criterion, Risk
Assessment, providing technology solutions, identifying resources
and skill set required etc

Step 2: Construct:
Project Plan, Architecture and Design, Development, regular
Product Builds, regular Automated Product Testing, Test Results
Analysis and Bug Fixes, etc.
Step 3: Deploy:
Setting up user acceptance test environment. Client carries out user
acceptance tests, setting up the deployment infrastructure with the
required software, etc.
Step 4: Maintain:
Accepting bugs and minor changes and providing the delivery date.
Delivery of the complete system, uploading on the client server,
maintenance and support (as required)

Intellectual Property Policy
• We sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as an essential part of
our contract with you
• IP is transferred back to clients at the end of each project
• We work on our servers, but are also open to working on client
servers
• We have strong checks at each level to prevent data theft or
leakage
• Every individual working on our client projects is a full time
employee of CWS Technology, bound by the Terms and Conditions
of their employment (which includes a Non Disclosure Agreement)
and the Company’s Privacy Policy
