GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATIVE
MACHINERY
   Government is the means by which state policy is
    enforced, as well as the mechanism for determining
    the policy of the state.
   The Machinery of Government (sometimes MOG)
    means the interconnected structures and processes
    of government, such as the functions and
    accountability of departments in the executive branch
    of government. The term is used particularly in the
    context of changes to established systems of public
    administration where different elements of
    machinery are created.
THE SEPARATTION OF POWER
MALAYSIAN GOVERNMENT
   Malaysia practice Parliamentary Democracy with a
    constitutional monarch, His Majesty the YDPA as the
    Supreme Head of the country.

   Federal constitution of Malaysia significantly divides the
    authority of the federation into legislative authority,judicial
    authority and executive authority.

   The Federal Constitution of Malaysia is the supreme law
    of the nation that distributes the power of governance in
    accordance with the practice of Parliamentary
    Democracy.

 The malaysian government follows the
  constitution of the federation of malaya which
  was promulagated on merdeka day,august
  31,1957(revised in 1963) in setting up its
  administrative and policy making decisions.
 Under the constitution,malaysia as a
  federation is ruled as a constitutional
  monarcy with the oppointment of the
  YDPA(king or supreme sovereign)as the
  head of the country.

 State level,each of the nine states of
  perlis,kedah,perak,selangor,negeri
  sembilan,johor,pahang,terengganu and
  kelantan is ruled by its own sultan.
 Melaka,pulau pinang,sabah and sarawak the
  YDPN is the head of state.

 He is elected by the council of rulers for a term
  of 5 years or when those post fall vacant.
 Selected by rotation from among the malaysia
  rulers if the nine states in the federation.
 According to the constitution,YDPA is above
  everyone in malaysia and cannot be convicted
  in any trial nor in whatever court,for any official
  duty as the chief executive.But he can convicted
  in special court.

    legal right to appoint the chief justice,federal
    and high court judges based on the guidelines
    stipulated in the federal constitution and acting
    on the advice of the prime minister.
   In states that do not have a sultan as their
    head,the YDPA is the head of religion and
    thus,has the power to pardon offences and
    override sentences passed out by the syariah
    courts in these states.
