The Programme:
Quantum Excellence Empowerment Programme

- Reprogramme your Thinking, Belief and Attitude For a
“Heart-Centered” Personal & Entrepreneurial Excellence-
Why:
It is an action-oriented program designed to help positive change and reprogram
“heart-centered” personal and entrepreneurial excellence in the mindset of Ecofirst
Consolidated staff so they can be more positive, expectant, and productive and can
develop success and excellence mentality. The Program will address change from
the “inside”, from the “heart”; hence producing “heart-centered” staff.
“Heart-centered” entrepreneurship thinking staff takes a holistic approach in mindset
development and focuses on building oneself up mentally, physically, emotionally
and spiritually, making the staff a “heart-centered” employees driven by purpose,
values with personal excellence habits; hence attracting success to them rather than
having to chase after success and excellence personally and professionally.
This program will show how we can develop successful professional staff at Ecofirst
Consolidated by reprogramming old self-limiting thinking and beliefs with new
and more productive and powerful beliefs. With the new setpoints, Ecofirst
Consolidated staff will be more motivated to become the “catalyst” in contributing
significantly to the promotion and globalization of Ecofirst Consolidated Vision.
Ecofirst Consolidated staff will understand that their new behaviors and results are
direct results of their reprogrammed thinking, belief and attitude.
Quantum Excellence Empowerment Programme will also empower Ecofirst
Consolidated staff to unleash their greatest potential when they understand that
“It is not the brain that makes the man, but it is the man that makes the brain”
and that “The Greatest Returns on Effort is learning how to control our
thoughts”.
Why does it work?
Quantum Excellence Empowerment Programme addresses mindset change for a
“heart-centered” personal excellence in a holistic manner – mental, physical,
emotional and spiritual – through the nurturing of daily “success habits” and
“personal & entrepreneurial excellence”, namely “QX Habits”, to drive new positive
behaviors and results from the subconscious level which is more empowering and
effective.
Participants will be equipped with the right tools to plant positive seeds of personal

1. The Conscious and the Subconscious Mind – how they influence our thinking
and behaviour
2. Understanding “The Self-Management Model” – how our thoughts affect our
belief, attitude and feelings, hence affecting our outcome
3. Mindset Programming and Re-Programming for entrepreneurial excellence
4. Self Limiting Beliefs or “set points” – determine what they are and how to
reprogram them for positive change
5. Positive Self Talk, affirmation and visualization –
how we “design” our goals and results
6. Vision – “Believing is Seeing” or is “Seeing is
Believing”
7. Understand the “Neural Reconditioning Process”
for permanent change
8. Adopting “QX Habits” for Quantum Excellence
holistic lifestyle
9. Inculcating “Live Fit” habits for personal excellence
Workshop Goals:
Participants will undergo a comprehensive and thorough “Neural Reconditioning”
process by:
1. Assessing their current life using the “Wheel of Life” Evaluation.
2. Identifying and prioritizing their needs and life goals based on the seven (7)
aspects of the “Wheel of Life”.
3. Formulating a “Quantum Excellence” Vision for “heart-centered” personal
excellence and entrepreneurial success.
4. Adopting “QX Habits” to achieve success that are driven by purpose and
values.
5. Understanding the “Self Management Sequence” Model and replacing old
negative programming or set points with new, positive and powerful beliefs.
6. Undergoing the “Neural Reconditioning Process” in effecting change in
thinking, belief and attitude.
7. Learning new health and fitness lifestyle to “Live Fit” and develop “heart-
centered” personal and entrepreneurial excellence.
Workshop Results:
At the end of this Program, participants will achieve “Quantum Excellence” by:

Movies”

Workshop Fee:
RM20,000* per Workshop, excluding 6% government tax (RM1,200) and training
materials & printing, training venue, accommodation and transport (outside of
Klang Valley), AV equipment, meals & refreshments for participants and other
cost related expenses.
Two (2) qualified and experienced trainers with international entrepreneurial
experience will conduct the workshop.
