specifying services, deliverables, rights and obligations
of the parties

to achieve an orderly end to the assignment

  • 13. Offering Purpose: • to reach an agreement between the MCSP and the client on the services to be provided Outcome: • legally binding agreement between MCSP and the client, specifying services, deliverables, rights and obligations of the parties
