1. This is the starter.
The process you need to follow is first a letter to the attorney refusing to arbitrate
follow that with letter to NAF refusing to arbitrate and stating that you will sue for injunctive relief and
with intent to sue included.
This is a very involved set of letters to NAF and I'm quite sure you will not be able to complete those
properly without my further help.
Study what I have sent you here and then we will work the details out by phone and email.
You will have to send NAF a money order for $20 in the process but you will most likely get that
returned to you.
