This document describes several mindfulness and goal-setting tools including Mindfulness Aroma Dough, Radiant Living Value Cards, and the Radiant Living Map. The Mindfulness Aroma Dough uses smells to keep one focused on the present moment, while the Value Cards help with decision making and awareness. The Radiant Living Map is a whole-brain thinking system to expand creativity and activate behavior change through goal setting. Completing an Action Plan and Goals is also mentioned as part of the four-step Radiant Living method.
