Six Steps To Ownership
                         of a BRICKS 4 KIDZ® Franchise


1. Getting to Know You
   Submit our REQUEST FOR INFOMATION APPLICATION to one of our Franchise Specialists.


2. Getting to Know Us
   If there is a fit for both parties we will send you our FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document)
   to review. You will need to send us the RECEIPT page as an acknowledgement that you did
   receive the document.


3. Your questions
   We will answer your questions regarding the FDD.


4. Phone Conference with Managing Director
   We’ll set up a time when you can talk with our Managing Director, Brian Pappas. He will
   answer any questions you may have about the Bricks 4 Kidz® system and franchise.


5. Discovery Day
   Come and meet the Bricks 4 Kidz® team face to face.


6. Franchise is Awarded
   Congratulations, you’ve met all the requirements and are ready to begin training. You’ll
   come to our corporate headquarters in St. Augustine, FL for a comprehensive one week
   training in operating your franchise; from day-to-day functions to the proprietary
   Bricks 4 Kidz® teaching methods.

    Once training is successfully completed, you are fully equipped and prepared to immediately
    begin operating your franchise.
BRICKS 4 KIDZ® Profit Centers



After-school classes:
       One hour, one day a week held after school. Recommended fees: $10 - $15 per class per child,
       minimum commitment is 4 classes. Elementary and Middle schools (public and private schools).
Classes for home-schooled children:
       Classes can also be held for home schoolers in the home of one of the parents of a
       home-schooler. Recommended fees: $8-$10 per child.
Classes for pre-schools:
       Classes can be held in pre-schools for children of pre-school ages.
       Recommended fees: $5 - $7 per child.
Camps:
      3 hours per day for 5 days. Can take place at schools, public or private, or at other child-related
      business. Activities are specifically designed to meet the needs of children ages 5-12. Youngsters
      will have a blast as they use Lego® bricks to explore various science and math concepts while
      working in an open, friendly environment. Recommended fees: $125 - $225/child. Kids go home
      with a small Lego® project (cost about $5/child). Full day camps optional at a higher fee.
Birthday Parties:
       In the home of the birthday child. Recommended fees: $175 - $325 per party up to 10 kids.
       Over 10 children the fee is $10/child.
In-School Field Trips:
       One-hour classes during school hours. All field trip activities are correlated to the science for a
       particular grade level. Recommended fee: $5 - $8 per student.
Mommy and Me:
    Activities with Lego® bricks are held in various locations including church centers, Elks Lodges,
    child-related businesses, private schools, pre-schools. Program includes moms and all children
    in the family. Recommended fee: $5 per family.
