time we updated the kitchen and dining room areas was 1969, so this redo was long overdue
(see the “before” pictures if you need any convincing).
The good news is that the project is coming in on budget, and it will make Alpha Delta
more competitive with the other fraternity facilities and, more importantly, will be a better
home for our active brothers. The combined study/dining/kitchen area renovations have
been funded by remaining donations from the Heritage Campaign and from the annual
giving campaign.
A hearty thank-you goes out to all of our brothers who helped with these efforts! We will include
“after” pictures of these renovations in our next Triangle for those of you who are not able to
come to the house. We think you will be quite pleased with the outcome. Mother Brouddus has
a big smile on her face every time she passes the workmen making the improvements.
