3. Host Church Provides
Location Logistics
• Volunteers to execute the Connect Race even game plan as requested by Connect Ministries
• Execute the marketing strategy provided in the Director’s Notebook
• Design and chart the race course.
• It is the responsibility of the Host Church to pay for the shipping of race supplies
• Secure the race permit and fulfill the requirements relating to the Race Permit
• Church’s liability insurance coverage for the day of the event
• Not hold Connect Ministries, Connect Race or any of its staff liable for damage to property
or bodily injury during the Race Day
Financial Obligation
• $500 Host Fee
• $15 per Runner
