6. Step 4-The Shot In one fluid motion bend your knees down and than rise up. Keep the ball close your body and keep your elbow in. Guide the ball above your head and always snap your wrist when you shoot. Snapping your wrist gives you good back spin giving your shot a greater chance to go in if it hits the rim. Like this--->
