1.Viral coefficient: this is the most important KPI. It shows how many users
“recommend” directly or indirectly other users in a given month. If the
average viral coefficient is greater than 1 i.e. on average each user
recommends more than 1 other user, the site is growing. Otherwise its

consumer goods.
2. Just adding social sharing widget will NOT work. People do not use “add this”
widget on eCommerce sites.
