3. Construction Waste Recycling The Contractor is required to dispose of 90% of all non-hazardous construction and demolition debris at a recycling facility or transfer station. The contractor will choose to track the materials slated for disposal by weight or volume.

4. Construction Waste Recycling The following waste categories, at a minimum, shall be diverted from landfill. Land clearing debris and soil will not be included in the calculation of diverted materials. This includes organic material from landscape area and excavation materials. • Clean dimensioned wood, pallet wood • Plywood, OSB, and particleboard • Concrete • Bricks • Concrete Masonry Units (CMUs) • Asphaltic concrete • Cardboard, paper, packaging • Metals

6. Recycled Content The Contractor shall install materials which in total contain a minimum of 10% recycled content for those items denoted in the summary of quantities as potential items for recycled content.
