What does Jupiter mean in Greek? Jupiter is known as Zeus  in Greece over threw his father Saturn to become king of the gods.
Where is it located? Jupiter is the 5 th  planet from the Sun.
Is it an inner or outer planet? Jupiter is an outer planet. So it is outside the asteroids.
What is Jupiter made of? Jupiter is made of a rocky core, liquid metallic hydrogen and a thin layer of liquid hydrogen.
What is Jupiter’s atmosphere made of?   It is made of liquid hydrogen.
What is the average temperature on Jupiter?   The average temperature on Jupiter is 250°F BELOW   ZERO! BUT   THE CORE IS 50,000°F!!!!!!
How many moons does Jupiter have? Jupiter has at least 63 moons! Most of them are very small, and were probably once asteroids that got too close to Jupiter.
What is the diameter of Jupiter? The diameter of Jupiter is 88,846 miles.
