           enabling you to improve your customer and community engagement.

Brings clear understanding of your community’s behavior in the social media
space:
    –   Who is talking about us? What are they saying?
    –   Who is talking about our competitors? What are they saying?
    –   How is our Brand perceived and how does it compare to our competitors?
    –   What are the “hot topics” currently being discussed?
    –   Where are people engaging in these social conversations?
    –   Do these social conversations involve my customers?

Identifies opportunities to influence your community’s behaviour:
    –   What opportunities exist to improve the experience for our customers?

What functionality is provided?
 Initial Deployment – recommended starting point for Social Intelligence
 – The Pulse sentiment dashboard
    • This provides the sentiment analysis and sentiment reporting across the
       Social Media platforms you have chosen as data sources.
    • The sentiment analysis is done on a series of configurable classifications
       and sub-classifications that reflect your need to understand sentiment
       based on your specific product features or customer service.
    • It also supports “drill down” from the classification through the sub-
       classifications to the actual posts which have created the sentiment for the
       sub-classifications.
    • Individual post sentiment is highlighted, the post text can be reviewed and
       posts can be answered by automatically linking out to the appropriate
       Social Media platform.
