Rationale- The approach to the magazine is to inform the reader
about up to date indie music with interviews, articles, pictures and
reviews. There is a gap in the market for just a monthly magazine
which deals just with indie music.The magazine will be for fans of
indie music. There will be interviews with up and coming artists and
also contemporary popular bands.
Style- The language that will be used in the magazine will be informal
and basic. This is so it can be understood easier so it will appeal to a
wider audience. There will the occasional use of slang and possible
swearing in the articles because I want the audience to believe the
interview and so I will not cut anything out or censor anything. I will
also use short paragraphs so this will keep the reader interested so
they are not faced with huge amounts to read.
