While sectors like health care and construction are increasing in numbers of employees, others like manufacturing and retail have been in decline. This presentation outlines university courses that are growing (such as education, health and society and culture) and those that are shrinking (such as architecture and IT). We are on the brink of a significant generational transition in the workforce as the Baby Boomers on the upper end are reaching retirement, and Gen Z are starting to enter the workforce.
