15. Sea food pancake( buchingae) Ingredients: , spring onion or jiucai , ½ carrot, ¼ zucchini, ½ onion, 3red chilli, 1 squid, ½ cup shrimps, 1 and 1/2cup plain flour,1cup water, 1ts salt, 4Ts oil
16. 1. slice all vegetable into 5 cm lengths 2. cut squid and shrimps 3. mix all the ingredients 4.heat the oil in a pan 5. pour 1 portion of mixture on the pan 6.cook for 2-3 minutes until brown underneath 7.Turn the pancake over and cook on the other side 8.Serve hot with the dipping sauce

27. Steamed egg Ingredients: 2 egg, 2Ts fish sauce, spring onion 2/3 cup of water
