The fruit extracts contain the digestive enzymes bromelain and papain, and both of these proteolytic enzymes aid in protein digestion, so it’s easy on your tummy. More advanced athletes might also choose to supplement with HMB.<br />Balance 100% Whey boasts a massive 23 branch chain amino acids per 100 grams and it’s worth mentioning the added critical cluster arginine and glutamine for recovery and growth. The RRP of Balance 100% Whey looks a bit expensive, but do a web search and you should find some superb deals.
