Peace of Westphalia (1648) not only created the modern nation-state system in Europe but also stipulated the basic rules of statecraft. Despite all the criticisms, the concept of state and nation took firm roots in most parts of the world, thanks to colonialism. However, it is now facing existential challenges from different sources This presentation is all about the modern nation-state system, its origin, essential elements, challenges it is facing, & its future prospects

The paper deals with the changing nature and manifestation of the ‘World Order’. The focus has been on nthe South Asian region. China has been undertaken the driver of this ‘New World Order’, and it is discussed that how it has become a challenge to the Indian Foreign Policy in the recent times – both regionally and globally. Chinese policies and India’s responses has been discussed. It further deals with the inherent weaknesses in the Chinese model and discusses that how the post-Cold war, globalized world is essentially a multi-polar world and no one country can establish itself as the superpower. The paper attempts to deal with the various facets – from hard to soft power – and explains the nuances of the recent developments in the region and its implications at the global level and vice versa.

In the first half of 2016, the US economy skirted close to recession territory but so far has registered positive growth. What are the major forces that seem to be driving the slow-growth economy? Is the economy getting stronger? Or, will we hit recession territory before the end of the year?

Voter ID Law is a law that needs some sort of authority distinguishing proof all together for a man to enlist to vote, get a poll for an election, or to vote. Voter distinguishing proof laws are important to battle the genuine peril of voter misrepresentation. There is a long history of voter pantomime all through the United States. Voter extortion meddles with individual races, as well as undermines voter trust in delegate government by and large. Agenda 21 is a broad course of action of move to be made thoroughly, extensively and at local level by relationship of the United Nations System, Govt., and Main Groups in every region in which human consequences for the earth. A June 2013 study of 1,301 United States voters by the American Planning Association found that 9.1% supported this Agenda, 6.2% confined it, and 85.1% thought they didn't have enough data to shape a feeling.

A chat with Ai. A dialogue pertaining to abuses at the micro and macro levels targeting the Black community. As global war with above nuclear escalations and mass extinction event actions immanent, it is the most vulnerable who suffer and die while leadership claims the issues aren't important enough to matter because protecting the lies that created all these factors are more important. Pushing past 90 seconds to midnight as if Earth too doesn't matter, all that does is predation of white supremacy predators.

This Unclassified Slide Deck provides an overview of the concept of Reflexive Control Doctrine as it is used as a national strategy by the Russian Federation. It describes exactly how and what was done to "influence" the election differentiating the from the notion of actual "collusion." Disinformation, misinformation, fake news as a campaign strategy is vastly different from actually affecting an outcome by active measures such as bribery, blackmail or hacking.

Running Head: UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRATION 1 UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRATION 7 Immigration Law Name: Institution: Date: Comments: It seems like you have the content in place; but the organization seems to fall short of establishing an argument that is fluid. In other words, you seem to jump from section to section without connecting those things. I'd suggest two things: begin with a clear preview/thesis that outlines all the arguments you'll be touching on later; and, make sure you check each paragraph/sentence thoroughly for grammar, etc. Immigration Law The executive order of immigration given by the current president of United States of America set off a widening political and legal crisis one week into his presidency (Ford 2017). The order has a cognitive impact on not only the American society but also the whole world. The law will affect a vast sector of the American economy that is; the education sector, health sector, and international trade. The specialty of emergency medicine would be harmed with the order (Shy 2017). The order that was given by the President Trump barred Syrian refugees from entering the United States, suspended all refugee admissions for 120 days and blocked citizens of seven Muslim-majority countries, refugees or otherwise, from entering the United States for 90 days: Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen (Stack 2017). Moreover, in Trump’s executive order he publicizes crimes by undocumented immigrant; the erect new detention facilities; asylum seekers; and, ultimately, speed up deportation (Nixon 2017). The number one priority that President give in Trump’s executive order was people who pose a threat to the society of America are dealt (Nixon 2017). Trump’s policy is in line with the former president Barrack Obama administration which stated that undocumented immigrants convicted of serious crimes were the priority for deportation. The goal of Obama policy on restricting the undocumented immigrants in 2014 was to focus limited resources on the most severe cases. However, contrary to the immigration order many immigration and customs enforcement agents complained that the priorities of the executive order tied their hands, taking away their discretion as to which group they were to target (Kelly and Sprunt 2017). The above-stated order implied that almost all persons who brush with the American law-enforcement system were to make an immigrant a target of deportation. Such kind of person was taken to impose a risk to public safety or national security. Thus, the president put most of the Americans immigrants at risk of being deported or subjected to law for the minor mistakes that can be handled internally by the local government. The immigration ban issued would unleash to the immigration system in airports America and overseas. The immigration rule would prompt protests in the society in which the affected people will protest for their rights in the society thus causing chaos and thus distra ...

The United States is experiencing disruptive politics, as promised by the Republican Party and President Donald Trump. The Republican Party possesses comfortable majorities in the US House (241/194) and US Senate (52/48), the presidency, a majority of US Supreme Court judges, and 32 state legislatures. With this strong mandate for change offered by the electorate in 2016, Republicans seek to reduce or eliminate tax, regulatory, health care, environmental policies; build a wall along the southern border, "drain the swamp" of lobbyists and insider interests, and more to fulfill campaign promises. Mr. Trump has brought to the presidency unconventional ideas about governing and the role of government in society. Having registered as both Democrat and Republican at different points in his life, his leadership style has not won over all congressional Republicans. Additionally, with an administration mired in an assortment of controversies surrounding Russian interference in the 2016 elections, the Republican agenda has not moved forward as much as many in the party would like. The Democrats, roundly trounced in the elections (save for the nearly 3 million more popular votes Hillary Clinton won), are playing the role of “loyal opposition” by challenging the new administration, something the Republicans did so well during the Obama years. With political partisanship at record levels—meaning little to no inter-party compromises on issues—stalemate seems to be an apt description of politics in Washington, DC these days. But isn't some degree of gridlock precisely what the separation of powers with checks and balances promotes? Even when one political party controls the branches of government, institutional limitations on the exercise of power are built into the political system. This was done at the founding of the nation in order to 1) protect wealth, and 2) promote liberty for freemen. The revolution that gave rise to the United States was not a social transforming event; rather, its focus was on establishing a new political order. The new political system created by the Constitution allows for slow, incremental, deliberative change through mechanisms that are more likely to thwart than to embrace change. This may have been an adequate response the post-Revolutionary War environment they found themselves in at the end of the 18th Century, but can it survive the rapid changes upon us today? Scholars see several disturbing trends in American government on the left and the right that contribute to the disruptions we observe today: the unprecedented use of social media by the president, his appointees, and members of Congress; gerrymandered election districts that produce overly partisan candidates; nearly unfettered money in campaigns; and elected officials who care more for their reelection than the public good. Much of what ails politics is the relatively low level of political participation (roughly 60% in 2016). Political mandates for change in publ.

Though the worst intelligence failure, the USA took maximum advantage of the 9/11 tragedy and embarked on the mission to accomplish the objectives set forth in the infamous neo-con paper, known as the American Century. America employed all its -military, diplomatic and financial, to wage a war of terror on several countries besides Afghanistan-its starting point. Whether it was a stellar success or a dismal failure, it has cost the world massively in terms of loss of human lives, financial losses, refugees crises, missed opportunities, and surprisingly, increased global terrorism This presentation covers all these issues in greater detail
