Compensation Plan
A Valued Customer (VC) is someone who signs up with a Sponsor, but who is
not a Zija Distributor. They can order individual products or have an AutoShip
at the wholesale price. The Sponsor will earn a 20% bonus on products
purchased by their VC (called a Valued Customer Bonus or VCB). An amount
matching the VCB will be removed from the Sponsorâs volume, and the
remaining volume will count toward the Sponsorâs Active requirement and
roll up for paying Team Commissions.
Example: I sponsor a new VC who makes a 75 PV purchase. I will be paid
20% on their purchase volume ($15.00) as a VCB. A matching $15 is
removed from the Volume, and 45 Volume remains. This 45 Volume rolls
Upline for Team Commissions. The full 75 Volume purchase counts Upline
toward Upline Rank Volume. I can now be counted as an Active 40.
Distributors can combine a personal purchase for themselves with a VC
purchase to reach a higher Activity level. Example: if I make a 30 PV purchase
and my VC makes a 75 PV purchase (after the matching amount is taken out),
I can become Active 75.
Distributors can also combine the purchases of several VCs to reach a higher
Activity level. For example: I have 4 different VCs who purchase 75 PV each.
After the matching amount is removed, each has 45 PV of Volume. 4 X 45 =
180 Volume, so I can become an Active 150.
VC Rules:
âą Valued Customers will hover around their sponsor and do not have a
position in the downline.
âą Distributors cannot hold any excess VC volume for the future.
âą Distributors cannot give a VC away.
âą VC Volume follows the âRolling 4 Weekâ rule.
âą VCs do not count toward Sponsor âQualificationâ.
âą At any time a VC may convert into a Distributor and be moved into thir
Sponsorâs Downline. If this happens, the VCs Volume is now lost as
VC Volume and it becomes standard Distributor Volume.
âą A Distributor cannot convert into a VC. A Distributor may choose
to terminate their Distributorship and enroll as a VC, but they must
remain with their original Sponsor.
When your Personally Sponsored Distributors place a first-time order of Zija
products, and if you are an Active 40 Distributor, you can earn a one-time-
only FOB of 10% of the total PV (up to a maximum of $100); an Active 75
Distributor can earn a one-time-only FOB of 20% of the total PV (up to a
maximum of $100). Your Active level is determined by the amount purchased
in PV and/or VC in the Rolling 4 Cycles. FOBâs are not subject to Rank caps.

Compensation Plan
Team Commissions are the backbone of the Zija Compensation Plan, and
you can benefit greatly based upon the Volume in your Downline.
The Team Commissions portion of the Compensation Plan is binary. Our
binary plan means that you will have the benefit of being placed in one of
two legs (left or right) in your Sponsorâs group. You will then be compensated
based on successfully building two legs of your own. Your Sponsor and
Upline may also place people in your Downline. These people will count
towards your team commissions and rank qualification.
Understanding Team Commissions:
If you and your two Personally Sponsored Distributors are Active 40 or greater,
you will have earned the rank of Builder and will be eligible to receive 10% to
15% in Team Commissions.* Your first two Personally Sponsored Distributors do
not need to be on separate legs. They can both be on either the right or left leg.
Team Commissions are earned on your lesser Volume leg and begin at 500
accumulated GV (Group Volume) on this leg, and on every 100 points
thereafter. All unpaid team Volume on your Power Leg carries over each
Cycle, as long as you remain an Active 40. For Team Commissions to be
paid in subsequent Cycles, there must be a minimum of 500 accumulated
GV in your lesser leg. Team Commissions will be paid up to $10,000 per
Cycle, per Business Center.
New enrollees that enroll at 500 PV to 999 PV, Team Commissions are calculated
at 15% for 3 Periods on your lesser leg. New enrollees that enroll at 1,000 PV or
greater, Team Commissions are calculated at 15% for 6 Periods on your lesser leg.**
*You must be Active 75 and Qualified to receive 15% Team Commissions.
**The following promotion is in place until 12/27/2013: New enrollees that
enroll at 300 PV to 599 PV, TC are calculated at 15% for 3 Periods. New
enrollees that enroll at 600+ PV, TC are calculated at 15% for 6 Periods.
LCMP allows you to earn commissions based on Distributors that you personally
sponsor, the Distributors they personally sponsor, and so on, through potentially 8
generations of Leaders in your Personal Enrollment Tree. Because there is no limit
to the number of Distributors that you can personally sponsor, there is no limit to
the number of Personal Enrollment Tree Legs that you can have. In other words,
you have unlimited width. Your depth depends on your pay rank.
LCMP begins when you achieve Emerald Executive rank, and is paid up to 4
generations. Diamond Executives (Diamond, Double Diamond, Triple Diamond
and Black Diamond) will be paid up to 5 generations. Diamond Elites (Diamond
Elite, Double Diamond Elite and Triple Diamond Elite) will be paid up to 6

In this example, YOU are Active 75. You are also Qualified because you have 2 Personally Sponsored Distributors
who are Active 75; therefore, you personally enrolled with 500 or 1,000 PV, and are eligible for up to 15% in Team
Commissions for 3 or 6 Periods.
In this example it equates to $75 (15% of 500 GV).

generations. Crowne Diamond Elites (Crowne Diamond Elite, Crowne Double
Diamond Elite and Crowne Triple Diamond Elite) will be paid up to 7 generations.
A generation ends when a leader is found (Bronze or above), regardless of depth.
You must be at least Active 150 to be eligible for LCMP.
LCMP is paid weekly and is based on a floating percentage up to 5% of the
company-wide Commissionable Volume. The Team Commissions earned by
Distributors in your Personal Enrollment Tree (within the generations for which
you qualify) will determine the amount of your LCMP.*
*Zija gives a 50% weekly payout of company-wide Commissionable Volume. After
calculating the various other ways of earning commissions, all remaining available
commissions (up to the 50% figure) are allocated to the LCMP and then paid, along
with other earned commissions for the week. Weekly commissions from LCMP cannot
exceed the Volume from your lesser Volume leg.
All references to income implied or stated through the Zija Compensation Plan are
for demonstration purposes only. Zija does NOT guarantee any level of income or
earnings to any Distributor. Earnings from the Zija Compensation Plan solely depend
on sales and each Distributorâs skill, ability, and personal application.
We pay up to 2% of the companyâs total Commissionable Group Volume to
Diamond Executives.
For each Personal Enrollment Tree Leg where there is a Qualified Bronze or
higher, Diamonds and above earn points in the Diamond Pool. The more
qualifying Leadership Legs and Leaders you create, the more points you
earn in the Pool. This bonus is paid weekly, based on your earned portion
of the Pool.
We pay up to 1% of the companyâs total Commissionable Group Volume to
Diamond Elite Executives and above.
For each Personal Enrollment Tree Leg where there is a Qualified Emerald
or higher, Diamonds and above earn points in the Diamond Elite Pool. The
more qualifying Leadership Legs and Leaders you create, the more points
you earn in the Pool. This bonus is paid weekly, based on your earned
portion of the Pool.
*The LCMP, DP, DEP are subject to individual leg point caps and total payout caps.
This keep the pools balanced so that no single Distributorship can monopolize the pool.

As your organization expands, you can potentially benefit by adding
additional Business Centers.
With each additional Business Center, you may earn up to another
$10,000 per week in Team Commissions. You can receive your second
Business Center at Emerald rank. In order to qualify, you must have 8
Builder 500 Legs. You can earn an additional Business Center at each
new high rank. In order to be paid on a Business Center, you must be
Active 150 and maintain the requirements of the rank the Business Center
was earned. Each additional Business Center must be approved by Zija
Corporate, and will be placed directly above your original Business Center.
All existing Business Centers for Diamond and above requires at least 4k
Volume in Pay Leg each Cycle before another Business Center can be added.

Quick Glossary
The Zija Compensation Plan is not fully defined within this document. If you have
questions or need clarification regarding any part of the Zija Compensation Plan,
please contact Zijaâs Customer Service Department.
VOLUME
PV is Personal Volume (personal purchases) and GV is Group Volume (purchases in
your Downline). Volume refers to the points assigned to products; for example, a case
of SuperMix has 75 Points of Volume. Commissions are earned on points.
ACTIVE LEVEL
Your Active Level is based on your combined VC & PV purchases made in the current
Cycle and previous three Cycles (Rolling 4 Cycles). This Active Level method is used to
determine Pay Rank, Team Commission, and bonus levels if applicable. When you make
a PV purchase of 40 PV or greater, you are considered Active for the current Cycle plus
the next three Cycles for commission and Bonus purposes.
ACTIVE 75
To earn commissions and bonuses, you must be Active. To be Active 75 you must have
a minimum of 75 PV/VC within a Rolling 4 Cycles.
ACTIVE 40
To earn commissions and bonuses, you must be Active. To be Active 40 you must have
a minimum of 40 PV/VC within a Rolling 4 Cycles.
ACTIVE 150
To qualify for the maximum amount of commissions and bonuses, you must be Active
150. You must have a minimum of 150 PV/VC within a Rolling 4 Cycles.
QUALIFIED
You must also be Qualified to earn commissions and bonuses. This means you must have
at least two Personally Sponsored and Active Distributors at your activity level or higher.
ROLLING 4 CYCLES
The Rolling 4 Cycles refers to the current Cycle and previous three Cycles. The Rolling
4 Cycles is used to determine Pay Rank and Team Commissions.
BUSINESS CENTER
Your Business Center is where you are personally placed within the binary genealogy.
We may also refer to your Business Center as a position in the genealogy.
YOUR DOWNLINE
Personal Enrollment Tree (or Sponsor Tree) refers to those Distributors you have personally
sponsored and those whom they have sponsored. This is a unilevel-type tree.
PERSONAL ENROLLMENT TREE
Every Distributor under your Business Center in the binary genealogy is considered
your Downline. They may be placed by you, your Upline, or Distributors under you.
SPONSOR TREE VOLUME
Sponsor Tree Volume is Volume generated by your Personally Sponsored or Enrolled
Distributors, their Personally Sponsored or Enrolled Distributors, and so on.
AUTOSHIP
AutoShip is a convenient method of receiving your Zija Products every 28 days. AutoShip
will ship to you on a Monday. *Please refer to the Four Week Rolling Calendar for date info.
RANK VOLUME
Rank Volume is simply all of the Volume generated by your Downline that rolls up to
your Business Center. Your rank and earning potential is derived by how much Rank
Volume you have in your lesser leg. It is reset each Cycle.
TEAM VOLUME
Team compensation is determined by Team Volume. Team Volume is the Volume that
rolls up from your Downline after other bonuses have been paid. For example, a first
order placed in your Downline for two cases of SuperMix, with a First Order Bonus (FOB)
of 20%, would generate 90 Volume Points to your Team Commissionable Volume. As
Team Commissions are paid out of 100 Volume Point intervals on any Volume greater
than 200 GV, any remaining Volume would bank over to the next Cycle.
BUILDER 500 LEGS
Builder 500 Legs are Personally Sponsored Distributors that are a Builder 500 or above
in the current Cycle in the top position. Starting with the âLeadershipâ ranks, you will
need to have Active and Qualified Builder 500s to achieve these ranks. (Please see the
last page for the respective ranks and their qualifications). This simply means that each
one of your Personally Sponsored Distributors is the start of a specific leg. Each leg can
contribute only 1 Builder 500 to your rank advancement.
