DESCRIPTION
Single component TRON CRETE polymer for cement based
water proofing composite coating membrane. Provide an
effective and economical method of waterproofing to
concrete and masonry surface by mixing with cement
application by brush. TRON CRETE to be mixed with
cement at site and simply brush applied over concrete or
masonry surfaces to provide an effective waterproofing
membrane. TRON CRETE is a non-toxic, non-flammable
and users friendly, provide a tough, impermeable
waterproofing membrane. TRON CRETE has an excellent
adhesion to concrete and masonry surfaces it protect
concrete and masonry from natural elements like wind,
rain sunlight. TRON CRETE is a breathable allows inside
water vapour to escape.
TRON CRETE can be used for waterproofing as a sandwich
layer for terrace, bathroom, balconies, chajja, overhead
water tank, tunnels, pools, roof, for external & internal
walls.

Bonding Coat : 1 part TRON CRETE
: 2 part water
4part Cement

Initial Setting Time : 24 Hours
Initial Curing Time : 72Hours with moist cloth or
water spray
Coverage : Bond coat 15-17 sq.mt./lite

However the practical consumption varies depending on
the texture and porosity of the substrate and application
thickness.
Direction of Use
Surface preparation
The surface must be free from dust, loose particles, oils,
grease, mould releasing agents, fungus, moss, and coating.
Clean the surface by scrapping/ sand blasting or grinding.
Surface of high suction should be thoroughly dampened
before application of bonding coat.
BONDING COAT
To prepare a polymer based bonding coat take 1 part of
TRON CRETE: 2 part water : 4 part cement and mix
thoroughly the materials thus mixed form a thick slurry of a
consistency easily applicable by brush, avoid lump
formation. The slurry thus prepared is ready for use as a
bonding material. Allow 2-3 hours to get it dry before top
coat. The surface on which the bonding coat is to be
applied has to be cleaned with a water jet approximately 24
hours Prior to application. This will help in making the
substrata slightly moist. After application of slurry on the
requisite surface place the next screed or mortar etc.
WATERPROOFING TOP COAT
TRON CRETE an acrylic polymer shall be mixed neat with
cement in the ratio of 1 part TRON CRETE: 2 parts Cement
respectively, add cement into the polymer, to obtain
uniform and consistent slurry avoiding any lump formation
by low speed mixture. Do not mix more material than
which can be used with in the 20-30 minutes. Keep stirring
the material into the container. For best result, wet the
surface before coating, apply with a short, stiff bristle brush
like a paint to an approx. thickness of 1-2 mm, during the
first 12 hours of curing TRON CRETE surface must be
protected from abrasion, rain or other adverse condition.
No traffic shall be allowed within 48 hours after application.
Normally 2 coat of TRON CRETE are recommended, first
coat should allow to air dry for 5-6 hours. After application
of final coat, initial air drying shall be allowed for 5-6 hours,
during this time do not uses water for curing. Moist curing
should be done for 24 hours by spraying water on TRON
CRETE coating TRON CRETE should be allowed to dry for 72
hours before subjecting it to submersion of water for
testing.
Cleaning of Tools& Equipment: Tools and equipment can
be easily clean with water.
Safety Precautions: In case of accidental ingestion seek
medical advice.
