1. This project aims to train trainers
and teachers in new technologies
based around Smar tboard
applications so that they in turn
can train their students in these
technologies in order to improve
their employability in the global
labour market.
Through using these new
technologies both teachers and
students will become more
motivated towards teaching and
learning and will see the relevance
of what they are doing in the

studentmobilitytoparticipateinan
internationalcompetition.
Thiswilldeveloptheirawareness
ofworkingwithotherEuropean
citizensinateamandofthe
culturaldifferencesandsimilarities.
Thiswillfurtherenhancetheirskills
andexperiencesinpreparationfor
workinginorganisationswhich
operatewithinaEuropeanor
globalenvironment.
