2.  Walt had a very unique childhood.
 Walt was born on December 5th, 1901 in Chicago,
Illinois.
 In 1906, the Disney’s moved to a farm in
Marceline, Missouri where he loved to ride
pigs!
 When the Disney's moved to Kansas City, Walt
ran a newspaper route for the Kansas City Times.

3.  Walt had a fun and exciting life.
 When Walt was 21, he made the Laugh-O-Gram
cartoons.
 Walt was 24 when he got married to Lillian
Bounds on July 13, 1925.
 In 1966, Walt died of lung cancer on December
15.  

4.  Walt had great accomplishments during his
lifetime.
 Walt released a Mickey Mouse film called
“Steamboat Willie” in 1928.
 Walt appeared on TV in “One Hour in
Wonderland”
in 1950.
 When Walt was 54 he opened Disneyland on July
17th, 1955
