c o m m u n i c a t i o n t e c h n o l o g y , a n d l i t e ra c y i s i n a s t a t e o f f l u x . R e d e f i n i n g s p a c e s a n d s e rv i c e s i n
re s p o n s e t o t h i s c h a n g e re m a i n s o n e o f o u r m o s t p e rs i s t e n t c h a l l e n g e s . W h a t re m a i n s u n c l e a r i s t h e
