25. Computer Lake Winnipeg Phytoplankton Healthy Foods These are research and information we made in word documents. For the two files, we used specific websites in the Internet to gather up our information. Then we have to answer a few question regarding that topic. We have to follow the instruction carefully so that we don’t lose marks.

28. Physical Education Units: Volleyball, Floor Hockey and Basketball We did journal questions each term but in term two we made a poster of either basketball or floor hockey. Then we have to show one thing we learned from that unit. We also did beep test whenever a term ends. It is when you run and touch a specific line before it beeps. It goes faster each level. 30. Math I did my Math portfolio in wiki space. It is easier to use and easy to do because most of us, in our class have internet. It very helpful because we can help each other when we need help. Inserting pictures and bubble shares are pretty easy too. In Math, we learned different units such as Measures of Central Tendency, Square Roots, Percents and Ratio and Proportion Questions. 31. French Français Bienvenue We don’t just learn, we also joke around. If I don’t know something, I ask. Mr. Ramsoomair likes it when we ask questions. In French, we always have to bring our French textbook and we have to finish our homework. When we have upcoming tests or oral, he lets us study with a partner quietly which is helpful.

33. Band Christmas Concert – flutes In Band, I play the flute. Last year, it was sort of hard for me to play it because of the different fingerings but now, I’m kind of used to it. Mrs. Martin is our Band teacher. She helps me sometimes when I can’t play part of a music or a new note. In our class, we mostly have the basic instruments. We also play specific music for our test. She marks our rhythm, posture, notes and sounds.

35. Leadership In leadership, we did buddy reading and home reading. In buddy reading, we usually have a grade 4 partner and we take turns reading books. In home reading, we pick any kindergarten. Then we ask them what they liked about the book they read at home and we try to help them write each word they said by dictating each word slowly. Kindergarten
36. Cross-Country We have to run cross-country in order to qualify in any sport’s team. We run hard every race. We practice everyday to prepare for upcoming races. Different coaches time us and encourage us not to quit. When we go to races we are usually in three different school buses. That’s how many students participate in our school. 37. Basketball We are very aggressive in practices, in games or in tournaments. We cheer for one another. We work as a team. We are all athletic. We are small but we look and play tough all the time. We always listen to our coaches, Mr. Marquardson and Mr. Mangaron.
38. Volleyball Our coaches were Mr. Marquardson and Ms. Bietz. Our practices starts at either 7:45 In the morning or 3:30 in the afternoon. We have to attend practices! We are always focus. We work hard in it because what we do in practice, we’ll do in a game. We also have to run in the morning before practices to make us fit. Girls’ Volleyball Team
39. Library Helper Library helpers like me, help puts some books in their correct shelf. Being a helper is voluntary. Each one of us, have our own shelf and we have to be responsible enough to go everyday. You can go in the morning, after lunch or after school to do it. Shelf
