MESSAGES FROM THE FOUNDER It was in 2010 by myself with the support of some young people to complete this organization structure for reaching the criteria's of Forum Organization of Timor Leste (FONGTIL) to get registration as a non-profit organization operates legally in Timor Leste. I did not realized that people are interested with the activities that I created with Action for Change Foundation (ACF) such as training opportunities, Sport for peace promotion activities and workshops for the young people, but today, ACF is brilliant organization for the young people to get involve as many of them had have success in different aspects like we integrated many kids to sport field for practicing discipline, respect, morals, getting the job, able to communicate with English and able to operate computer machine after attended the class at ACF. Through this opportunity, I would highly appreciated the maximum contribution from Donors, my fellow staff, volunteers, For Future Credit Union, Sport educators or players, group of Alumni who those taking part at ACF’s project development and make things positively happen . ACTION FOR CHANGE FOUNDATION (ACF) ACF starts on May 2010 as a non-profit organization based in Dili, Timor Leste created by the Timorese youth from different background with the aims to help each other through constructive innovation activities to engaging vulnerable young people, who lives have been disrupted by conflict, stresses from their lower skills and out of schools. 30. ACF Training Center is established public library services for the youth, kids and adults to learn, borrowing and copying according needed. This space and books are still limited but it works very well now as lots of visitors coming even though still very simple library, when we start this idea, we did not aware that people will visiting us or benefiting them but fortunately it comes true at ACF. For the moment, we are welcoming support in kind of financial, equipment and books to increase our services for our fellow Timorese people especially for youth and kids are still living in very traditional environment, we are very optimist that we can change their life, moving them from things difficult for themselves but we come together with them thought our work can be true in our life.
