aptitude to some scopes of activity. In addition

special lessons within the chosen sphere should
be given.
 Create games and training at school for
simulating the process of the real work.
 Create an idol aspiring to ideals for young
people. Attract young people to study technical
specialty at the college.

4.  Create academic campuses to attract promising
young scientists and people.
 Establish links between universities and
companies, so that during training at
university students to take more practice. A
company will be able to track the good people
among students and invite them to work.
 Create a common base of graduates and
students on the Internet, with detailed
description of their features and characteristics.
