11. Rentable Asset Creation All equipments to be rented, should be defined as Fixed Assets; The asset category will be linked to the Resources definition, for scheduling, tracking etc. through Help-Desk functionality.
12. Resource Master (Machine) Resource Master Card for Machine contains the details about the Rental asset unit , Unit of Measurement for Rental Job and the cost & Price per Unit of Measurement. (for eg. Hourly, daily, monthly basis etc)
13. Resource Master (Person) Resource Master Card for Person contains the details about the Resource name , Unit of Measurement for Rental Job and the cost & Price per Unit of Measurement. Also we can see the Capacity and available capacity of the resource.

21. Rental Job Journal Posting Day Closing In Rental Job journal we entered the actual usage of the Resources. It will automatically post the cost and price in the usage.

Periodic activities will do the convertion of Usage Cost into General Ledger Account. Once It is converted into G/L account, then only the sales invoice/ Rental Invoice can be generated.
