7. Microsoft Outlook: Teach faculty and staff to use the communication device to respond and receive messages in a timely manner. Smart Board: Teach faculty and staff the strategies and internet explorations that lead to content based lessons. Use the technology to connect the lessons to real-life situations. Power point: Use strategies to teach students how implement the software to summarize stories and show information learned through various avenues of learning.

8. The evaluation system can motivate staff to do their best for themselves and the practice by promoting staff recognition and improving communication. Evaluations should be conducted fairly, consistently and objectively to protect the Faculty and Staff. An effective performance evaluation system has standardized evaluation forms, performance measures, feedback guidelines and disciplinary procedures.
