1. Which hat is mine?
Nothing is ever 100% black or 100% white, or in this
case green, yellow, blue or red also. Most of us can
be a combination of all or some of these. Who is
best qualified to decide which one we are, ourselves
or those around us?
2. YELLOW
I like to think I bring optimism and
happiness to most of what I do and
keep it light and fun and positive.
3. BLUE
I tried on this hat with my team
assignment but I don’t like having to
push people into doing things or
control them. It either comes naturally
or it doesn’t.
4. GREEN
I want this to be me as I have lots and
lots of ideas to share. This is the hat I
feel most comfortable wearing.
5. RED
I believe being passionate about what you do
in life is important and listening to your
feelings, hunches and intuition. Listening to
what you love, and what you hate, will always
take you on the right path.
6. BLACK
I don’t like to wear this hat very often. Seeking
out what won’t work , rather than seeking what
does work ,can stop you from going further. If
you seek out what might work you can usually
make things happen.
7. WHITE
Facts are necessary, facts can help, but facts
are not always the only thing we should listen
to. Maybe there are new facts to be found if
only we look beyond the ones we already
know.
8. But when it comes down to it, to be
truly creative…
Why restrict ourselves to one colour,
why not go for every colour!
