2. Moskova’nın eşsiz manzarasına sahip bir konumda olan bu proje, üçgen inşaat hacminin dinamik bölünmesi, konum avantajları ile maksimum
kullanım alanı sağlayan cam cepheleri sayesinde ‘’Legend of Tsvetnoy’’ (NBBJ, ABD) Amerikan Konstrüktivizm akımının örneklerindendir. Proje
kiralanabilir ofis alanları ve 8 katlı iş platformunun üzerinde yükselen lüks sınıf (aslında kulüp evi) üç ayrı kuleden oluşuyor ve kullanıcılarına
konaklama imkanı sağlıyor – konut sakinleri ve ofis kiracısı için konforu tek bir nesne içinde restoranlar, alışveriş galerileri, SPA alanları ve

çeşitli kulüpler ile doğrudan sağlıyor. Başka tartışılmaz avantajı ise 594 araçlık kapalı garaj hacmini Moskova’nın kalbinde bulabiliyorsunuz.

Proje lüks kaplama malzemelerin kullanımı ayırt edilir. Finisaj cam panel ve metal örgü kullanımı, cam tavan ve duvarlar ‐ neon aydınlatma
elemanları, ahşap zemin kaplama ve zarif duvar dekorasyonu ile "yüksek kalite" tarzında tamamlanmıştır.

3. The architectural concept of the " Legend of Tsvetnoy" (the project architectural firm NBBJ, USA) implements the progressive ideas of the
American Constructivism: With frame construction, a dynamic division of the volume and the glass facades of the maximum use of the
advantages of location ‐ combined with the natural elevation on the nearby streets it provided unique views of the historic Moscow. The project
consists of three separate deluxe class apartments towers (actually the club house) located on an 8‐storey business complex that provides a high
level of privacy and comfort for the residents and office tenants at the same time: the presence of fashionable restaurants, shopping galleries,
SPA, clubs, de luxe classes, full‐service concierge service covers most needs within a single object. Another indisputable advantage for a three‐
towered building in the heart of Moscow is spacious underground parking for 594 cars. The project is distinguished by a luxurious lobby,
performed by the author's design with the use of expensive finishing materials. Designs and finishes are made in the style of "high tech" with the
use of glass panels and metal mesh. Glass ceilings and walls ‐ with neon lighting, the floor ‐ from rare wood, elegant wall decoration ‐ with inserts
of the snow‐white l h and wood.
