して表記した用語で、日本語では「不良資産買取りプログラム」になります。ＴＡＲ
Ｐ（不良資産救済プログラム）は、サブプライムローン問題やオルトＡローン問題
等より派生した米国の金融危機解決の為、総額７０００億ドルの金融安定化法に
よって創設された「公的な金融救済プログラム」の事を言います。
