Print up to 12”x 18”, with full bleed, from almost any
original or digital file. Reproduce your favorite image,
photograph, digital file. Prints single or double-sided on
standard text or cardstock. Since our Xerox DocuColor
printer is variable-data capable, you can use it to produce
direct mail with greater impact. We offer fast turnarounds
and extremely competitive pricing on small runs. Great

➜ mounting and laminating
Our finishing department can mount, laminate, custom cut and
apply any type of special effect post printing. We use only the
finest adhesives and laminates to mount your prints to a variey of
substrates and protect them with a UV overlaminate. We use
Gator, foam-Cor, sintra, styrene, acrylic and lexan to name a few.
Duratrans are carefully mounted sub surface to acrylic using an
optically clear adhesive for vibrant backlit images. Overlaminate come in matte, luster and glossy
finishes as well as certain textured finishes for special applications like floor graphics.

Our Zund digital flatbed cutting machines work in conjunction
with the digital files used to print. A separate cut file is created
and sent to the machine that coordinates with the print file for
perfect, accurate trimming of materials. this amazing machine,
the “Swiss Army Knife” of finishing machines uses many
different tools and bits to cut. With a knife tool, we can “kiss cut”
adhesive vinyl into large shapes and letters, as well as custom cut any shape out of flexible rollable
material. The oscillating knife and router attachments allow us to cut thicker more rigied materials
into any possible shape or contour.

Color Reflections is one of the only large-format printers that maintains an in-house software
development team. This in-house ability allows us to quickly customize our retail management
software to your specific needs.
From simple workflows, such as having excel sheets provided by you directly imported into our
ordering system to help eliminate data entry errors to more complex systems Color Reflections can
work with your existing process or can help create a new optimized plan.
Our management software drives the production process, from quantities, to bar-coded pick lists to
shipping labels. When the pick list is scanned and the shipping label created, each package’s tracking
number is logged and available real-time via a secure website. Using this website, you can to track
package status and proof of delivery with live data from the shipping carrier, all from a centralized
interface.

efficiencies such as:
• Tracking visual merchandising locations at each store so that at a press of a button you can see
what each location has on display and then order new graphics without having to remember sizes
and requirements
• Allowing locations to order graphics that require customized text and images. Each client’s

job. System time includes image assembly, retouching, color manipulation and custom color blending and

Scanning is available on various equipment depending on the original supplied and resolution required.
We offer high-resolution drum scans, flatbed scans, and large format Cruse scans. this allows us to produce
a high-resolution scan from your original as large as 36”x48”. the Cruse scanner is a revolutionary piece
of equipment unique to Color Reflections. In addition to its large original size capacity, it can also scan 3-D
objects. We can burn your scans to a CD upon request.

We specialize in top quality, pressure sensitive & heat encapsulated lamination. Laminates range from 3
mil to 15 mil and are available in a variety of surfaces.

turnaround time
Based on regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders received after 5pm will go
into production the next business day. Orders with incomplete written instructions or incomplete
source data will not be entered into production until the required information is received.
Turnaround time is estimated and based on in-house production time. It does not include time
taken for customer approvals. Ask your account executive for a written quote.

Please inspect the final product within 36 hours of delivery. Communicate any concerns as soon
as possible to your account executive.
remakes
Return original material to us within two business days from the time the job was received.
We will review requests on an individual basis and determine the best solution.
priority service
Pricing is contingent upon the size of the job and the amount of lead time available before the
deadline. We recommend discussing priority service options and charges with your account
executive. We may require written approval for priority service charges. These charges are
generally added to the normal price of the service.
approvals
Mandatory on large quantity/volume jobs as part of our quality control process. An approval slip
must be signed and returned in a timely manner.

Provided as a courtesy. Be sure to ask your account executive for a written quote. All written
quotes are valid for fifteen days. Quotes not accepted within this time are subject to change.
pickup, delivery and shipping
Custom packaging and drop shipping to your desired location(s) are available. Contact your
account executive for further details and options.
credit terms
Invoices that are C.O.D. will require a 50% deposit. We do accept credit applications, and upon
approval, all invoices must be paid within the established credit terms. Past due accounts may
be subject to a charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum). Accounts which have been inactive
for more than one year must reestablish credit. We accept most major credit cards, cash and
checks (all returned checks must to be replaced by cashier’s check for the original amount plus
a $25 fee).
conditions of reproducing copyrighted work
By requesting Color Reflections to reproduce any copyrighted work, the purchaser/client represents
that the work is: (a) used with permission obtained from the copyright owner to reproduce and display
such copyrighted work, (b) used solely for teaching, research, scholarship or for criticism, comment or
reporting, and will not sell or use the reproduction in any manner to the direct financial detriment of
the copyright owner, or in any way which infringes upon the copyright. The client assumes all copyright
liabilities under copyright laws, and agrees to indemnify Color Reflections for all costs, expenses and
attorney’s fees or judgements resulting from any claim or lawsuit against Color Reflections for
products reproduced at the request of the client.
liability
We use extreme care in working with your prints and original artwork. Submitting any film,
negative, transparency or computer file to Color Reflections for processing constitutes an
agreement that, should the material be damaged, our liability is limited to replacing an equivalent
value of unexposed film/media. Originals are left at the customer’s own risk and are not subject
to replacement. Color Reflections assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to orders in
shipment. Any item of value should have the necessary insurance to cover such an occurrence.
Color photographic dyes may change over a period of time, therefore we will not be held
responsible for any changes in color density.
