The district’s receiving feedback from principals indicating that
new hired teachers are not aware of the district’s guidelines on
instructional classroom and behavioral management. This problem
shows lack of districts guidelines on teaching strategies that is
interfering with learning the structure of the students causing low
scoring on formal and standardized assessment.
No course is available for incoming teachers new to the district
regarding the district’s teaching guidelines for instructional
classroom and behavioral management.
The performance gaps identified and addressed the needs for a
course.

4. The new hired teachers should be information on the

establishment of the district’s guideline for instructional classroom
and behavioral management in order to be effective teachers.

Instructional Goal
• The participants will examine classroom management
techniques that support content, conduct, and covenant
management concepts.
• The participants will demonstrate methods that will
encourage and establishing student’s self control and
promoting positive student achievement and behavior.
Performance-Based Objectives
Audience:
• New Hired Teachers
Measurable Behavior:
• Classroom Activities, workbook , observation, quiz, and instructor
Condition:
• Participants will be able to define conduct instructional and
behavioral management, and name associated skills to improve
observable behaviors.
• Participants will be able to demonstrate and evaluate techniques to
address, and resolve discipline problems
• Participants will be able to create classroom space, and develop
materials and disciplinary plan, and determine which equipment that
is appropriate to meet specific curriculum criteria.

Degree:
• Participants will demonstrate plan created in workbook
and how model which would be implement in the
classroom
• Participants will successfully pass a final quiz at the end
of the course session and will be required to achieve a
grade 85% or above

Instructional Strategies

Participants will utilize the Smart Board to posting steps providing
examples of problem the cause of behavior issues in the classroom.
Participants will utilize Smart Board for classroom activities.
Participants will practice situations and resolved issue with role playing
in classroom activities and workbook assignments.
Participants will understand the districts guidelines with informational
handouts on organizational structure of text with classroom
discussions.

Day 1: Evaluate Present Level of Classroom Management Skill
• Activity (10 minutes)- to give participating teams guidance on how
to apply and implement classroom management strategies
• Day 2: (25 Minutes) to give participating teams an overview of
effective, research-based classroom management strategies that
can be used to meet the learning and behavioral needs.

Day 3: Classroom Procedures, Rules, Consequences, and Rewards
• Activity 3 (10 minutes) giving opportunity to reflect and demonstrate
how their students behavior impacted their teaching instruction
Day 4: Powerful Learning
• Activity 4 (20 minutes) Giving Reflection on training. Using Smart
Board to demonstrate what was learned in the class.

Evaluation Strategies
Course is based on instructors’ evaluation, analyzing quiz,
observation, classroom activities, and assignment.
The participants’ survey gives little result for any type of
changes.
Instructor's personal survey will be evaluated on how well
lesson and course was being implemented, taught and
designed.
Participants assignments and quiz will show accurate
account on participants involvement in course and how it
learned and taught.

Outcome Review
The course will be applied by using a rubric to evaluated course and
instructor delivery of lesson based of the Performance Behavior Object
of the project and the outcome of the participants' achievement in the
course

Recommendations
Conduct further research on district’s guidelines for designing course
and to have participants participate in more activities; have more input
regarding what it needed to learn and implement instructional lesson
and classroom management, and extend days for course for on going
once a month until the end of the school year.
Developing more elements for a well-managed, learning-ready
classroom; planning strategic seating arrangements to maximize
learning setting up. Have participants apply more tips and strategies
with developing their own classroom management guide, one that
matches their organization style and teaching environment

The district’s receiving feedback from principals indicating that new hired teachers are not aware of the district’s guidelines on instructional classroom and behavioral management. This problem shows lack of districts guidelines on teaching strategies that is interfering with learning the structure of the students causing low scoring on formal and standardized assessment. No course is available for incoming teachers new to the district regarding the district’s teaching guidelines for instructional classroom and behavioral management. Instructional Goal • The participants will examine classroom management techniques that support content, conduct, and covenant management concepts. • The participants will demonstrate methods that will encourage and establishing student’s self control and promoting positive student achievement and behavior.
  • 5. Performance-Based Objectives Audience: • New Hired Teachers Measurable Behavior: • Classroom Activities, workbook , observation, quiz, and instructor Condition: • Participants will be able to define conduct instructional and behavioral management, and name associated skills to improve observable behaviors. • Participants will be able to demonstrate and evaluate techniques to address, and resolve discipline problems • Participants will be able to create classroom space, and develop materials and disciplinary plan, and determine which equipment that is appropriate to meet specific curriculum criteria.

  • 22. Evaluation Strategies Course is based on instructors’ evaluation, analyzing quiz, observation, classroom activities, and assignment. The participants’ survey gives little result for any type of changes. Instructor's personal survey will be evaluated on how well lesson and course was being implemented, taught and designed. Recommendations Conduct further research on district’s guidelines for designing course and to have participants participate in more activities; have more input regarding what it needed to learn and implement instructional lesson and classroom management, and extend days for course for on going once a month until the end of the school year.
